What is the difference between ‘Normal restore’ and ‘Restore raw transfer (Ethereum -> Aurora debug mode)’?

rawRecovery allows to restore an ETH => Aurora transfer as Eth => NEAR one and manually finalize it using a NEAR Wallet.
